AISI 1070-1090 (SWC,SWP(music wire))high carbon and uniform tensile spring steel is a standard material for retaining rings、wave springs、compression spring、tension spring and torsion spring. Approx service temperature : up to +121°C(250°F)

SUS 631J1-WPC (17-7 PH)

Highest strength stainless steel alloys,but poorer corrosion resistance than SUS 304, this alloy is used for wave springs and springs, In fatigue and high stress applications, SUS 631 should increase tensile with precipitation hardening treatment from C to Condition CH-900. As a result, the material may be subjected to a temperature of 340˚C without a loss of spring properties. SUS 631 C/CH-900 exhibits magnetism similar to high carbon steel. Approx service temperature : up to +343°C(650°F)

AISI 304,302
This widely used material is specified because of its combination of Excellent strength, corrosion resistance, workability , weldability and physical properties. 304 is the standard stainless steel for spiral retaining rings and springs. Stainless Steel 302, like 304, has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. Approx service temperature : up to +288°C(550°F)

AISI 316

Stainless Steel 316 has slightly better corrosion resistance than 302 and 304. It also has better non-magnetic properties,but poorer mechanical properties than SUS304(302) Applications include : food Chemical Processing sea water. Approx service temperature : up to +288°C(550°F)

Beryllium Copper #ALLOY 25
Good corrosion resistance, High strength, high electrical conductivity and non-magnetic permability Approx service temperature : up to +204°C(400°F)

Inconel 625

A Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum alloy with excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of corrosive media, being especially resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion. It is a favourable choice for sea water applications. Applications include:Marine Industries Aerospace Industries Chemical Processing Nuclear Reactors Pollution Control Approx service temperature : up to +200°C(395°F)

Inconel 718
A Nickel-Chromium alloy being precipitation hardenable and having high creep-rupture strength at high temperatures to about 700°C (1290°F). It has higher strength than Inconel X-750 and better mechanical properties at lower temperatures than Nimonic 90 and Inconel X-750. Inconel X750
X750 is a Nickel-Chromium alloy made precipitation hardenable, having creep-rupture strength at high temperatures to about 700°C. It is widely used for high temperature conditions. Incoloy A-286
This age hardenable, Iron-Nickel-Chromium alloy is designed for applications requiring high strength and good corrosion resistance at temperatures up to 700oC (1290oF). Applications include:Jet Engines Super Chargers After Burner Parts Fasteners Approx service temperature : -200°C~400°C(-330°F ~750°F)

Nimonic 90*
A Nickel-Chromium-Cobalt alloy being precipitation hardenable, having high stress-rupture strength and creep resistance at high temperatures up to about 950°C (1740°F). It is widely used and a well proven alloy in high temperature conditions Applications include:Aerospace Industry High Temperature Springs Approx service temperature : up to 350°C(up to 660°F)

Nimonic 80A*
Nimonic 80A is a Nickel-Chromium alloy which is precipitation hardenable. It has largely been superseded by Nimonic 90 and Inconel X-750, but because of the low Cobalt content, it is still specified for nuclear applications. Applications include:Gas Turbine Components Nuclear Industry Fasteners Approx service temperature : up to 350°C(up to 660°F)

Monel K-500*
This Nickel-Copper alloy is precipitation hardenable, due to the additions of Aluminium and Titanium. It combines the corrosion resistance of Monel 400 but gives the added advantage of extra strength and hardness (as a result of its age hardening ability). Applications include:Pump Shafts , Fasteners , Marine Propeller Shafts , Oil Well Tools , Instruments , Springs Approx service temperature : -110°C~260°C(-150°F ~500°F)

Hastelloy B-2•
Hastelloy B-2 is a Nickel base wrought alloy with excellent resistance to hydrochloric acid at all concentrations and temperatures. B-2 also withstands hydrogen chloride, sulphuric, hydrofluoric, acetic and reagent grade phosphoric acids. This alloy also has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and to knife line and heat affected zone attack. Applications include:Chemical Processing Approx service temperature : -200°C~400°C(-330°F ~750°F)

Hastelloy B-3•
This Nickel-Molybdenum alloy gives excellent resistance to hydrochloric acid at all concentrations and temperatures. It also withstands sulphuric, acetic, formic and phosphoric acids and other non oxidizing media. B-3 also has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion and to stress-corrosion cracking. Hastelloy C-22•
A Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum alloy with better overall corrosion resistance and versatility than any other NiCrMo available. Applications include:Chlorination Systems Nuclear Fuel Reprocessing Pickling Systems Approx service temperature : -200°C~400°C(-330°F ~750°F)

Hastelloy C-276•
This Nickel-Molybdenum-Chromium alloy with the addition of Tungsten, has excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of corrosive media and is especially resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion. Hastelloy C-2000•
Hastelloy C-2000 is resistant to an extensive range of corrosive chemicals, including sulphuric, hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids. The combination of Molybdenum and Copper provide excellent corrosion resistance to reducing media, while the high Chromium content gives good oxidising resistance. Haynes 214•
Haynes 214 is a Nickel-Chromium-Aluminium-Iron alloy which is principally intended for use at temperatures of 955oC (1750oF) and above. It exhibits resistance to oxidation that far exceeds virtually all conventional heat resistant wrought alloys at these temperatures. Nickel 270•

Phynox (Elgiloy)
This Cobalt-Chromium-Nickel alloy gives a combination of high strength, ductility and good mechanical properties and is age hardenable. Phynox also has excellent fatigue life, corrosion resistance in numerous environments and is non-magnetic. Applications include:Springs , Seal Components , Medical Devices , Components for Watches , Aerospace Applications , Petro-chemical Applications , Marine Engineering Approx service temperature : -185°C~450°C (-300°F ~840°F)

MP35N is an age hardenable Nickel-Cobalt base alloy that has a unique combination of properties - ultra high strength, toughness, ductility and outstanding corrosion resistance. MP35N resists corrosion in hydrogen sulphide, salt water and other chloride solutions. It also has excellent resistance to crevice and stress corrosion cracking in sea water and other hostile environments. Suitable where a high combination of strength, high modulus values and good corrosion resistance are required. Rene 41
Rene 41 is an age hardenable nickel base alloy that has very high strength at elevated temperatures, particularly within the range of 650 - 980°C (1200 - 1800°F). Required mechanical properties can be tailored by selection of various combinations of cold work and/or heat treatments. Rene 41 also has good oxidation resistance. Alloy 20 CB 3
Alloy 20 CB 3 is an austenitic stainless steel with excellent resistance to hot sulphuric acid and many other aggressive environments that would readily attack stainless steel 316. This alloy exhibits superior resistance to stress-corrosion cracking in boiling 20 to 40% sulphuric acid.
